After meeting with several leading homebuilders, we are thrilled to be working with Eric. He is a true builder, on site working with the crew. He knows what is happening with every detail of our home just like he was building it for himself. Eric is so easy to work with, has a great eye for detail and has made the building process enjoyable because we know it is done right.

In the process of building seven different homes, my wife and I learned several things.  First, the general contractor is the key to a successful building experience.  2. The subcontractors are the ones who do most of the actual work.  3. Having a contractor who has developed a relationship with subs that he trusts and who trust and are loyal to him, is what keeps a house on schedule and the problems at a minimum.

We just completed that seventh home in March of 2014.  Eric Budge was the general contractor.  He told us he would have us in in 6 months from the day we dug the hole.  We moved in 3 days short of that deadline.  The only additional costs were additions we requested.  His subs were pleasant, competent and most had worked for Eric for several years.  And what we liked most about working with Eric was this: When the inevitable problems cropped up, or when we asked if we could change our mind on something, his answer was always the same.  And it always came with a nod and smile. “We can do that.”  I warmly recommend him to you as an excellent builder.
